    Step 1

    倒2汤匙油入锅内烧热,放入材料B炒香。Heat 2tbsp oil in pot,add in ingredients B,stir fry until aromatic.

    Step 2

    加入全部材料A盖着煮至鸡脚软熟。Add in all the ingredients A,cover to cook until chicken feet become tender.

    Step 3

    拌入芡汁,再拌入九层塔叶,薄荷叶和假芫荽叶。Stir in flour solution,stir in basil leaves,mint leaves and saw-tooth herbs.

    Step 4

    取出盛碟即可趁热享用。Dish out on plate and serve hot.
